DQDoc.com (“DQDoc,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a service of J P Systems, Inc. DQDoc provides clinical data quality improvement, healthcare interoperability, clinical terminology, and related healthcare information technology services.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the information entrusted to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you visit DQDoc.com, communicate with us, request information or services, or otherwise interact with us.

Customer and Service Data

DQDoc is an informational website advertising the services of JPSys.com. When DQDoc processes the information of prospective  customers, the information is only released to J P Systems, Inc. and its business partners. Where applicable, additional agreements, including nondisclosure agreements, teaming agreements, or other contracts will govern the handling of such information. DQDoc does not sell customer data provided by a website user.

• Schedule consultations or meetings;
• Refer to J P Systems, Inc. who provides the services for: healthcare informatics,  clinical data quality, interoperability, terminology, and related services;

3. Clinical and Health Information

J P Systems, Inc. provides services in the healthcare information technology and clinical data quality field. Their services may involve information originating from electronic health records, clinical documents, health information exchanges, interoperability interfaces, or other healthcare information systems.

DQDoc recognizes that clinical and health information can be highly sensitive. DQDoc does not request or process any PII or PHI.

J P Systems, Inc. handles PHI and other protected information in accordance with applicable law and contractual requirements.

DQDoc is not a healthcare provider and DQDoc.com is not intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. DQDoc provides an explanation of healthcare IT services only. 

Individuals must not submit medical records, PHI, PII, or other sensitive patient information through a general website contact form. We will NEVER  instruct them to do that.

4.  We Do Not Sell Your Information

J P Systems, Inc. and DQDoc do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

We may disclose information to service providers, contractors, professional advisers, business partners, government authorities, or other parties when reasonably necessary to operate our business, provide contracted services, protect our systems and users, or comply with legal obligations.

All Contact Us inquiries on DQDoc.com are redirected to J P Systems, Inc.'s Contact Us webpage at https://jpsys.com/contact/. DQDoc. does not maintain a mailing list nor collect names.

Customer data may be retained or deleted according to the applicable contract, statement of work, Business Associate Agreement, or other governing arrangement.

19. Important Notice Regarding Secure Transmission of Health Information

DO NOT submit patient medical records, PII, protected health information, or other confidential clinical information through ordinary DQDoc.com contact forms or email. WE WILL NEVER INSTRUCT YOU TO SEND PROTECTED HEALTH INFORMATION THROUGH ORDINARY CONTACT FORMS.

DQDoc will provide appropriate instructions for securely transferring clinical or other sensitive information when such information is required to perform contracted services.
